1. General Rules
- Members must check in with valid ID/membership card/scan QR Code.
- Proper gym attire (including closed-toe shoes) is required at all times.
- Re-rack weights and wipe down equipment after use.
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on the premises.
- Personal items should be kept at your own risk; the Boot Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
2. Membership Terms
- Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Monthly Membership: Automatically renews every month unless cancelled with prior notice.
- All dues are payable in advance via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or authorized payment app.
- A late fee may apply if payment is not received within 5 days of the due date.
- Returned or failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
- Membership fees are due within 7 days of the trial period.
- Renewal fees are payable within 3 days of membership expiry.
- Members must be at least 7 years old. Minors need parental consent.
3. Extension Terms
- Membership extensions may be granted for the following reasons: Medical conditions (doctor’s note required) / Travel exceeding 2 weeks (proof of travel may be required) / Temporary relocation / Military deployment
- Members must submit a written request at least 7 days prior to the desired extension start date.
- Requests can be submitted via email or in person at the front desk.
- Documentation (e.g., medical note, travel itinerary) must be included for verification.
- Extensions are granted in increments of 1 week to 45 days.
- The maximum allowable extension per year is 45 days months.
- Extended time will be added to the end of the current membership term.
- Members are eligible for one-time extensions based on the duration of their membership plan.
Extension Limits by Membership Type

- 1-Month Membership: Eligible for a 7-day extension
- 3-Month Membership: Eligible for a 15-day extension
- 6-Month Membership: Eligible for a 30-day extension
- 12-Month Membership: Eligible for a 45-day extension
4. Guest Membership Terms
- Guests must sign a liability waiver before using the boot camp.
- A valid guest pass or fee may be required.
5. Member Responsibilities
- Members agree to follow all posted boot camp rules and safety protocols.
- Use of equipment is at the member’s own risk; an orientation is recommended for new users.
- Members must notify staff of any health changes or conditions that could affect safe boot camp use.
6. Conduct & Safety Terms
- Respect others; no harassment or disruptive behavior.
- Report any injuries or equipment malfunctions to staff immediately.
- In case of emergency, follow staff directions and exit the building safely.
- If you feel unwell, please refrain from attending class.
- Bring a towel and water bottle for hygiene and hydration.
- Follow instructor guidance to avoid injury.
7. Termination by Boot Camp
The gym reserves the right to terminate any membership for:
- Violation of policies
- Non-payment of dues
- Inappropriate behavior toward staff or other members
8. Liability Waiver
By using the gym facilities, members acknowledge and accept all risks associated with physical exercise, including the risk of injury or death. The gym, its staff, and management shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, health complications, or death that may occur:
- During workouts or physical activities
- While using boot camp equipment
- Anywhere on gym premises, including locker rooms and common areas
- All members are advised to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.
- Use of boot camp equipment and participation in any fitness activities is at the member’s own risk.
9. Arrival & Attendance
- Class spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Walk-ins may be accommodated only if space permits.
- Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to allow for check-in and setup.
- Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after class start time) may not be allowed to participate.
10. Classes and Personal Training
- Respect the instructor and fellow participants.
- Class Sign-Ups: Classes may require pre-registration; space is limited.
- Trainer Availability: Personal trainers are available by appointment only.
- Use equipment responsibly and return it to its place after use.
- Phones must be silenced or on vibrate during class session.
By signing up for a membership or using the boot camp facilities, members agree to abide by all terms, policies, and rules outlined in this document. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and effective environment for all members and staff. The boot camp reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time, and members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of the most current policies.
